Bad start to work on Fri. Almost late but reached 5min before starting xD (nailed it)
Today, there was this BDI customer who held the doggie bag the wrong way (she used like only 2 fingers each hand) and she broke it, so we had to make another one because the doggie bag size was the last one. Then she blamed that the paper was too thin for such a heavy object and 'they' or we should use cardboard -_- (how do you fold cardboard you BDI)
I got the term BDI from Achievement Hunter cause I simply watched too much videos from them xD
Then on Sat, lots of queue. X____x it's a wonder I'm still alive. So sleepy :( There were quite some mean customers in the afternoon. One customer actually help stood up for us as we were lashed out by another customer. We could barely wrap 4 items for the couple and their adolescent, and they complained that we're too rigid following policy, not flexible etc etc etc. Actually we could only wrap 3 items if we follow the policy strictly. But they scolded us and then another lady customer, who I was attending to, helped defend us by saying that we're just doing part time job, and we may get fired if we don't follow company policy, hence they should not be 'scaring' us. The couple then said,"You guys should learn (how to be flexible and adapt bla bla bla)."
The funny thing was, the husband asked us to check the receipt. My friend replied that he spent about $190 in total. He further his questions by asking how much he was lacking, and straight away, she answered $50 (need to spend 50 bucks to wrap an item yo). Of course, they (probably) realised that they were in the wrong. In my head, I was just thinking that karma would befall on their daughter in the future. They should really LEARN how not be fucking disgusting customers, and that their daughter should also be ashamed of them and learn to be a good customer too.
But I did have nice customers too, so that's good :3
