I Just Love You. I Don't Know Why. I Just Do.

Today is 冬至, which means my family are going to grandma house for dinner, well..., for the exception of me... Goddammit
Work yo *sobs silently*

I witnessed on D - 2 a customer rolled her eyes with disgust and as well as another customer who yelled "WHAT?!" when said I could only wrap a limited amount of items. So on D - 1, one customer who said,"Whoa whoa, what?!" at my face, I took the wrapping TandCs sign for and placed in front of them to read. READ IT BITCHES. So anyways, they ended up going home to wrap.

Some customers who don't like our TandCs, still bitch about it while we wrap items for them. They say Taka/Robinson don't know what departmental stores don't have such restrictions and that ours is ridiculous bla bla. Please, not happy go refund and shop there tyvm. (oh ya, one customer commented that Robinson have wrapping service than has no restrictions like MandS, but we found out later from another customer that there is no gift wrapping service there. LIES)
Today (D - 1) I had 2 long queues and a never-ending queue/survival mode in the afternoon. I and another friend nearly died. After clearing one customer, another customer would join the queue. Some customers had multiple stuff to wrap ; _ ; (cause eligible ma). One stupid customer complained to one of the main staff that we "HAPPILY" wrapped for 3 teenagers, 4 biscuits that are only worth a few bucks. Hello, they spent like 200 bucks okay they can wrap whatever they like and we follow the policy closely as fuck. And, worse, we have one fucking never-ending queue, you'd think we're so fucking "HAPPY" to wrap things? -_- Pfft ~ Please, if you doubt us, GO CHECK THEIR RECEIPT YOURSELF KTHX. And also, if their total amount spent are less than $50, we can't wrap anything for them in the first place. I wonder if the person got common sense.
Well, at least those customers who read the TandCs are really understanding and won't really quarrel with us over such small matters that are written clearly in black and white (actually is blue and white lolol).

Shout out to Clara (one super funny and nice temporary staff) who helped me with wrapping when my friend was on break. And also, the nice-nice security guard who helped me gave out wrapping papers to customers in the early afternoon, and buying me juice seeing me work so hard by myself :3

Well, working have its perks ^^

Do you feel the same way too?

Life is full of ups & downs ;p

A blog full of random stuff (mostly rants but with love!) :D
