Waking up in the morning is hard. Like I mean 7 ._."
I wonder what are other people doing on their holidays. My mind is just full of WORK. "There's work today", "There's work tomorrow", "Today is until 10.30" etc etc.

Tired as hell. Chilling on the chair in the pantry.

Ytd (Mon) got complaint -_- some cb cust. from Plaza Sing cause couldn't get her/his/its item wrapped due to policy reasons cited that in Wheelock, they allowed. Wow, what a great backstab. We break policy to help you and you do this rubbish to us. THANKS VERY FUCKING MUCH! HAVE A VERY FUCKING MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Lol, well at least now must follow policy strictly, so less(?) things to wrap. BUT if in charge say can wrap, then bo bian, must wrap. This guy asked our in charge about the wrapping and we ended up wrapping 18 items for him (instead of the limited 4). Good thing we had spare papers around to cut from, or I'd die. The next customers who wanted our service couldn't have it cause we needed time to wrap so many item, but good thing they were understanding and requested for the wrappers instead. One customer decided to wrap 3 items by herself and left 2 items for me and my friend to wrap. :3

I still remember the foil wrapper customer. Omg the reflective surface of the foil blinds me (did I mention that our booth lights are spotlights?).

Ah well at least my break is tomorrow :3
